Eliminate Dominated Strategies

Iteratively eliminate strictly dominated strategies to simplify the game. A strategy is strictly dominated if another strategy always yields a higher payoff regardless of opponent’s action. Rational players never play strictly dominated strategies. Returns the reduced game size and Nash equilibria in the simplified game. Use for game simplification and rationalizability analysis.
